Do you require long-term contracts?
No. We work on a month-to-month basis with no long-term lock-in. We can offer long term contracts for extended price locks but they are not required.
Is there a minimum order volume
No. A2X works with businesses of all sizes — whether you’re shipping 100 orders a month or 10,000, there’s no minimum to get started.
How long does onboarding take?
Typically less than 7 days for standard integrations. More complex multi-channel setups may take a few days longer.
What platforms do you integrate with?
A2X integrates directly with Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Walmart, BigCommerce, Magento, and custom platforms via API.
How does your pricing work?
Pricing is based on four things: storage volume, order and pick-pack volume, shipping zone and carrier, and any special services like kitting, returns processing, or refurbishment. There’s no flat rate because no two brands ship the same way — a business shipping 200 orders a month from three SKUs has different needs than one shipping 5,000 orders across fifty.
